Marilyn, Many thanks, I suspect what has happened is due to the coating you refer to reacting to the "sticky" side of the screen protector. The marks are definitely within the screen. Although small and are only a couple it is very annoying. Reckon I will just have to live with it ! Maurice.

Thanks Laurie, will look onto your suggestion. The marks on the screen have appeared after I removed the screen protector (it was only on for a few minutes) and they look like small"spill" stains that have been left by the sticky side of the screen protector.
