Thanks. I checked all that. Eventually, I decided to try the download of syncios but I got a warning and it wouldn't download. I have opened Apple Devices and it seems I can sync or restore but I really want to see all the info on iTunes. Is there a good, safe alternative, please?

I have always been able to synch my iPad with iTunes on my Windows PC. Until today. My iPad icon no longer shows up in iTunes. I can open Devices from Windows app and back up but want to see my device content on iTunes. Can anyone help please!

Our iPads and iPhones are connected to our home Wifi. On the iPad Air, the WiFi shows a Privacy warning but our other iPads and iPhones do not. The iPad Air says the network is blocking DNS traffic. I’ve rebooted the iPad but the message is still there. Any advice on how to correct this please?

I have a recent backup so tried restoring. Got screen saying backup complete, wait for iPad to restart and appear in iTunes. Waited for a long, long time.... iPad appears to be dead! If I press reboot, the Apple logo appears for a few seconds and then disappears. I've plugged it into charger...

Restrictions not enabled. WiFi OK. I can't download the App directly onto my iPad as it shows update available but if I try that, I get the message as in #1.

I tried downloading the app to iTunes but the only option I get then is 'Remove'. Doesn't affect anything when I sync.

Thanks for your reply. I've tried your suggestions but still cannot get rid of it. On iTunes, it doesn't show in iPad Updates. When I sync, I can see the icon on the Home screen views but cannot delete it. When I try to delete it directly from my iPad, I get the message (see attachment) but...
