Dr. Gee, I have two ipads and one is jb and the other is running 3.2.2 I was able to sync both of them on itune off the same imac with no issues. Hope that helps

When u jb ur iPad u can multitask better ie listening to music at the same time of reading a book and etc. Or customize the layout with themes to make it yours. U can jb it and if u don't like it then just update to3.2.2

Exactly, new ipads have already reached many stores, so beware before purchase if u want to jb it.

I've purchased another iPad for my wife yesterday and it came with 3.2.2 from the apple store.
