Focus confuses me. I just want to turn Do Not Disturb off and on via Control Panel on my iPad. On my iPhone, I want to turn on Do Not Disturb, but accept calls from 5 people in my Contacts Thanks, cb

I don't think I want to do that. I do get the banner and sound notifications, only the count of unread messages always is 1. Thanks for trying to help. cb

Did that and did both resets above. Turned OFF Badge App icon and did both resets and turned it back ON. Still shows 1 unread message. Looked at all messages to make sure some were not still loading an emoji.

I went to settings, turned ON Filter Unknown Senders, went to Messages App and clicked Unknown Senders, but none were listed. Also, if I receive 3 text messages, the icon still shows only 1 unread message so it is not updating the count.

Sorry for the delay. Did both and still shows 1 unread message.

My iPad Mini 4 shows one unread text, but I don't have any unread text messages. How can I get rid of it? Thanks, cb

The problem is that Apple is discontinuing the Mini. So I am concerned that future iOS upgrades may not work on my original Mini. For example - you cannot upgrade an iPhone 4 to iOS 10. I like the size of the mini, as opposed to iPad Air 2. Thanks, cb

I have the original iPad mini and love it. I am concerned that future iOS versions may not support it. I am considering buying a Mini 4 and keeping it as a spare for use in future iOS versions. Does that make any sense? Cost of $399 is not a factor. Thanks, cb

Updated iPhone 5S and iPad Mini and iPad Air Pro to 10.1.1 Skype only shows the picture from the camera of the calling device. It should show picture-in-picture of the calling and the called devices

I've had my Mini with Retina Diplay for a week. Sometimes the screen is not very resposive. Other times it is fine. I have had to tap an icon several times and harder to make it open. Today, I could not Slide to unlock. I thought it might be my finger, but I tried a stylus and the same...
