First, auto correct has corrected my user name (should have been Decklin)!
Next I need help figuring out how to get wallpapers to work. I install them , but I can not find them. I have the most recent jb in my iPad 2 running 4.3.3.

You can change wallpapers (even when not jailbroken) in the settings app.
