Can't say for sure but if you mean simultaneous operation, I strongly suspect that is not possible. It doesn't work for bluetooth headphones so I'm guessing the same would be true of speakers. On the other hand, if you mean having different speakers paired to the iPad at different times/locations, that should not pose a problem.
