    AddyCase

    Hello,

Just wanted to let you know about our product, the AddyCase. It too is a way to block the home button, but integrated into a case. We are currently out of stock, but should have more in by the end of the month. Check us out at addycase dot com (I cannot post links yet).

Let us know what you think.

    Thanks!

Hi KayKayKay, thanks for the post. Note that the BubCap Pro is a bit less convenient for home use than our semi-rigid BubCaps, especially if the iPad is being shared between parents and toddlers. The BubCap Pro is intended more for kiosks/public deployment of iPads, in situations where you need visitors/patrons to stay in a particular app. BubCap Pro is also good working with older kids in special-needs classrooms, when our semi-rigid BubCap won't quite do. But for typical toddlers, semi-rigid BubCap Ultra is our most popular product, still allowing parents to activate the home button with a firm press.

While the number one reason for creating the BubCap was my toddler son, a thread on iPadForums.net was one of the major contributors towards a goal of creating a simple product that solved the toddler home button problem (and works across all iDevices). iPadForums.net will always be very much appreciated!
Can you lock the Home button and the delete app functionality?
