    So not the actual App Store, they just ruled that Amazon could use the term for their apps. Ehhh, it still makes everyone think of Apple, I don't think that's a bad thing.

    They seem to have used the term first, but I'm impressed with this (preliminary?) decision. It sounds right somehow.
