    Delete photos on ipad3 that were not taken with iPad3

    I have many photos on my iPad that I'd like to delete but can't. These photos were not take with my iPad. Do I deleted them on my mac and then sync mac and IPad? If so do I only have to plug my iPad into my mac to sync? Many thanks!
