I'm stuck too....the clues jumped out at me at first glance but finding the answer has been much more elusive...
I'm assuming the clues are foie gras and the flags are B Q V.....can't seem to make a connection.....have you had any luck?

I also get BQV and spent some time around Bartlett Cove the seaplane base in Alaska with the IATA code BQV but no joy there. Then the French connection of the smoking duck and a mathematical formula of f=bqv where "f" is force so force feeding ducks and then pate de fois gras. So we are on the same lines but not a cigar in sight.

The flags also mean Dangerous cargo, Request pratique, Require assistance. All seem irrelevant unless the pate is of a strangely dangerous kind. Does any of this help? A large sideways leap may well be required so we can all get some sleep and move on to another nasty level :-)

I've found the missing note. I just can't get any further than that. I get CBNC when I enter the missing note, so I then search for that and pyramid, which gets me as far afield as Summum Bonum Amon Ra, some cult guy... I've entered deities' daughters, rulers' daughters, etc.
