Yesterday we went to London Bridge to enjoy the Borough Market, followed by an easy walk past Tower Bridge into Shad Thames as far a a community of houseboats.
We then returned via the Design Museum and Tower Bridge to St Katherine's Dock.
From there we skirted the edge of the Tower of London - avoiding the crowds of tourists - and finished at Tower Hill underground station.
The whole walk was about 4 miles and very pleasant.
We left the wonderful vibrant market and headed towards the Thameside walk by Southwalk Cathedral.

Keep up the good work, Richard. By the time I get to London next year, I'll have experienced a complete virtual tour.

Interesting to see this day's posts, Richard.
I'll be there with my daughter in August, in a hotel near Tower Bridge. Good to see what's possible there.
