Hello all, I was recently injured at work and broke my leg and hyper extended my elbow, and now I'm on the mend but I need to stretch everything out. I was wondering if anyone has used any yoga apps and had positive results with them. I'm really stiff even before the accident I wasn't all that limber. So I was just asking pple here if they have used their iPads for yoga and know of any good apps. Thanks for your help.
