WLAN Connection problems

Hi,

After a Few failed downloads (they simple Abort after some minutes) and problems when streaming videos (Youtube etc.) I think my WLAN Connection is dropped every X minutes. Because my macbook (which is next to my iPad) does not have this Problems, I would like to know if it is a ipad-WLAN related problem or not.

Is there any program to test this out/show when the Connection dropped the last time?

could be a number of things.

What model router is it?

Does it always do this or just after you pick it up and turn it on?

Go into settings and turn off the auto screen brightness and tell us if that fix's the problem.

Is there a Tool which Shows me when the connecetion dropped the last Time so i can Test if the auto brightness setting fixes the problem.
