found it last week in Cydia.....just had the time now to give it a try.

It costs $5 but works like a dream. Just install the Cydia app, download the desktop piece and take both devices (yes, iPhone, iPod Touch as well) on the same wireless network and start the iPad app.

Now start iTunes, et voilá, the iPad shows up in the list and you can do the full operation from iTunes, just as if you would have connected the iPad via 30pin-cable.
    :D

Must be jail broken and it also is much slow than syncing via USB.

It doesn't sync the entire contents of your device (iPad, iPhone etc) after the first time you do it, it only syncs the "changes".

Then you're a ridiculous user if you're changing 50-60GB worth of data!

Then you plug it in for that time. The WiFi sync only happens once you launch the app....
