Wifi password problems

Hi, just got my iPad yesterday and if my ipad has been off for a while I am having to re-enter my password to connect to wifi. My wireless modem is quite a few years old, but I don't have this problem on any other device in the house. Any ideas?

I had a the same problem. What I did is when you go into settings and select WiFi click other and manually type in your routers name and password and save it. That fixed the issue for me.

Great, thanks. I'll try it next time it happens. It's a bit weird though that I went out last night and used it on another router and since then I haven't had the problem at home
