Have you tried to do a plain reset of your iPad?

I went to local apple store and nice lady there showed me how to completely shut-down my ipad. When I turned on the ipad, the wifi connection was restored; in effect I rebooted or reset, as Zorah recommended. I didn't know difference between putting ipad in sleep mode vs turning it off (resetting). Thanks yo Zorah and Lofti for feedback.

I have same problem here. And a friend tell me to turn off the 'block pop-ups' tab on the safari setting in the 'setting' icon. And so far, it works well. The wifi connect again. I don't know exactly the connection, though.
