Wi Fi works but not with I pad For FaceTime, why.

Hi, I have talked to Apple and service provider and can't work out why my I pad 2 will not accept incoming or outgoing calls for FaceTime in the house. It works in store through their Wi Fi and all other devices in the house work, even the I pad for Safari and e mail but not FaceTime. Router and modem been reset, Facetime app been reset. Any ideas guys? You are my last hope.

Did you contact your internet provider in this matter?
Maybe he has this blocked in order to be able to charge for unblocking it?

Yes I did contact them and they say everything is running fine. No they do not have separate lines for Skype FaceTime etc and all other devices and routes are working in the home.
