Does anyone know how many milliwatts of power an iPad's Wi-Fi signal is? How much RF power does the iPad's Wi-Fi crank out? Any chance it's configurable? Thanks.

It is definitely NOT configurable (well, assuming you aren't JBed). I'm sure there is a spec for max power level of any device that operations on the standard Wifi protocal and frequencies. That can probably be found on the web.

I found this (though I'm not 100% sure if this correct):

Equivalent isotropically radiated power (EIRP) in the EU is limited to 20 dBm (100 mW).
