Who Waited Until Last Minute to Still Get Unlimited 3G

Even though I can tether to my Palm Pre I activated the unlimited 3G on both of our iPads around 8:00 PM last night to get grandfathered in for the Unlimited plan.

I think that 2GB of data comes down to less than 15 hours of video per month. Not really much for an on the go media tablet.

The 2 3G iPads have been here since the middle of may.

Anyone else get close to the deadline before activating?

I was dithering about locking in the unlimited plan... Just signed up, since today was the last day. I can drop it later if I end up not using it enough, but I want to try it on a trip.
