how do i know what type of ipad2 i have is it gsm or cdma
Its Wifi+3g 16 gig,it has the black bar at the top

If it does not have a SIM slot in the side, it's not GSM.

Here is Apple's support page on ejecting the SIM card. It's the fist thing I could find that showed where it was and what it looked like.
