If you're wanting Microsoft Office compatibility, Documents-to-Go works pretty good. It has good support for both Dropbox and Google Docs.

If you have experience with Documents to Go... How about the formatting of headers, tables etc in Word Documents - works fine?

I have experience with Docs to Go, it is very nice.

I also have iWork, but docs to go, is the way to go.
