Where is the IOS Health App?

I've see reviews. I've seen the icon with the little red heart.



I haven't seen the App anywhere.

It's not available using iTunes or the iPad.

Anybody know where it is OR when it will be?

It's not available for iPads, it's meant to work with iPhones.
