Where is the HQ button on iplayer?

I feel this must be a stupid question but in my efforts to get a steadier feed with iplayer I see that you can reduce the quality by "tapping the HQ button", but I cannot find it at all! The only options I see in the control bar is volume and subtitles. What am I missing?

Sorry, got to answer my own question! I now see that you can no longer choose the quality of playback. What a pity!
