Where is my edit button so I can delete bookmarks & favorites

Hi, welcome to iPF!
Tap the icon here (arrow)
to find "Edit" in Bookmarks. To edit Favorites, tap "Favorites" (same view) to find "Edit" there.
Second possibility: drag the bookmark to the left to delete it:
