where did all my apps go?

I was given a new cellular data number and when I plugged my ipad into my computer/itunes account, I lost all my apps??!! Can I get them back??

You can always reload all your apps from the App Store at no charge. iTunes keeps a record of the apps that you have purchased and will allow you to download them again at no cost.
