When sync new apps,pls help?

Hi, could you kindly help me to clarify with this. If i sync the new apps thru itunes, will the built in apps be deleted? coz it showed a message sort like reminder..

It is simply not possible to delete the iPad's built-in apps - such as Safari, iTunes etc.
