What I see in my backyard...

    Oh my goodness, JewelGarden...that is one tall tomato plant. Ours tend to grow really tall here, but that's planted in the ground. Never thought that it could grow so well in a pot...must love the California weather there!! Will you make some salsa with that? We do, and love it...along with our jalapeño peppers which we grow as well!

    yes we had two two years running,the third year they decided to set up housekeeping in the garden shed but i spotted it just as they were starting and knocked it down,they must have been pretty miffed about that as they haven't been back since :)

    They like nesting behind our patio lights against thr house and also inside our patio umbrella!

    Here is a pic of our patio...

    ...when we leave it open...it sometimes is a surprise to come back and see what's in there!!

    little devils lol,can you imagine the garden shed would have been out of bounds the whole summer unless we had destroyed them and i don't like killing things if i can help it....lovely patio.

    Thank you...we try to clean the nests put when we can...we also use bug spray which helps, but not good for the environment!
