Hi everybody, i am a switcher, i just recently got a new MBP, and i aint ever going back to Windose, never !, i liked the Apple so much i got my Wife an iPad2, she is the most Anti computer person i know, but she has taken to her new iPad2 like a duck takes to water, she has been playing with Street View on MAPS for two whole nights now going through her address book looking at all the houses her friends live in. I am truly amazed she has taken to it so easily, i didnt think she had the patience.
As for me, I am in the UK, a place called FLITWICK, BEDS, not far from the famous new city of Milton Keynes and not far from Woburn Abbey, i am a retired cabinet maker, who did try to fix PC's as a hobby, but it never really got going. I hope my Apples last a very long time as i will never will be able to afford to get another one. they are fantastic bits of kit.

Good to hear from you. You’ll find a whole bunch of iPad enthusiasts in this Forum who are only too willing to help other iPad owners and to hear of their experiences. Don’t be afraid to post any questions you may have or use the ‘Search’ button near the top of the Forum web page. I usually find I discover one new interesting and useful piece of information about my iPad every day - and often not even what I was looking for!!

Hope to hear from you soon with your thoughts about the iPad.

Have fun and enjoy your iPad

If you don’t already have it you can download a copy of the iPad manual for free.
