If you choose not to activate the 3G, there are no further charges (after the initial purchase). If you choose to activate the 3G, your charge will depend on the plan you select (the carriers have differing rates).

Just remember, once /if you activate the 3G, it will continue to renew every month until/unless you turn it off. Just to keep that in mind - the auto renewal unless the customer specifically opts out.
