What happend to dink smallwood hd ?

I seen it on the iPad app store about a week ago. I went to purchase it last night and it's nowhere to be found ? To top it all off there is no trace of it being missing at all. I searched threw google and the dev site to find no explanation : ( . So I don't know if I missed something or apple took it out of the app store for whatever reason or if my iTunes is just lying to me lol ... Did anybody snag it and still have it ? Will it come back and if not how can I get it on my iPad without a jailbreak because I loved that game back in the day.. Thx a lot

It wasn't there last night when I checked but it is available today (Saturday, 4/9/2011 9:45am Central). $2.99 for the iPad HD version.

Not sure what was going on with it... perhaps the dev was upgrading/updating and pulled it during the transition?
