What are these native service icons doing on my springboard?

Just respring and they will go away. They sometimes appear after installing a tweak, sometimes after appstore apps.

It usually means that the "iconsupport" library has crashed. Many tweaks use it, and it can be a little sensitive. It's annoying, but nothing to worry about. As Munky says, a quick re-spring will fix.
