Can u help me on how to unlock website in ipad2 safari... I cant access my accs nor my other websites.. hELP

I don't know if this is the problem or not but the websites your trying to go on might need flash in order to run..I don't think that's the problem but if it is the iPad doesn't have flash

My iPad is locked on mobile.twitter in safari and I can't access other sites. How do I get it closed?
