Well, I just had a great sales week. Payment went through "serve dot com" a company owned by American Express. Let me tell you about reading a service's TOS: DO IT!!!. They claim Jailbreaking and Unlocking is illegal and therefore, not allowed. Nor are products related to JB/UL.
They first cancelled an account then sent us a message saying it is so and then they started refunding all money in the account.
READ THAT FRIGGING TOS
Why Serve? Well PayPal claims the same thing and Google checkout is snooping around.
Will the upcoming reversal of the LOCs decision to make JB/UL Legal start killing off those that are in the jailbreaking business?
