Wall Street Journal won't load

I tried to download the latest update to the Wall Street Journal app and it stuck in waiting... Mode. I can't use it or delete it. Does anyone have a solution?

I usually find I discover one new interesting and useful piece of information about my iPad every day - and often not even what I was looking for!!

Sorry to hear about the problem with the app not updating. Can you access the Internet from your iPad with other apps? i.e Safari or email. Are you connecting using WiFi or 3G?

I am able to access the web via wifi. I do not have a 3G machine. All other apps function just fine.
