Voice Commands For Person With Speech Problems ?

Hello,

Brand new iPad3 user.

Was just wondering:

How well do you folks find the voice commands feature for composing and sending e-mails, and also for web surfing work ?
Does it work really well for you ?

Would greatly appreciate any hints on using it to make it work really well for a person with some speech problems.

There are no settings you can tweak; however it is supposed to learn, so the longer you use it the better it should get. In my brief tests it worked quite well; but I'm probably in the center of the initial accent and dialect range; being Northwest U.S.
