Vodafone Server Address Registration for iPad

Hi guys!

Today I was trying to install a vodafone app to monitor my usage of 3G and wifi but after I installed it, it was asking for a "Server Address" and I don't have any clue on where to look for that sort of thing!

Anyone help a beginner please! Thanks!
