hello all, i've a (strange) question, m'y father wait an iPad Air 2, but je want something special, he have some app in his windows pc, and ask me if there is a solution to do virtual Windows with the ipad to run some app who doesn't exist in the AppStore ?

The only exception is that a Registered Apple Developer can side load beta versions of his apps onto an iOS device for testing purposes.

That article is 4 years old. I'd look for something more recent.

Instead of running PC apps on his iPad, he could use remote desktop software such as Splashtop Personal to run apps on his PC from anywhere with an Internet connection. Mouse-heavy apps wouldn't work well, but keyboard operations are fine. It's not something I'd want to do extensively, but if I'm feeling lazy enough I can control my iMac over wifi from another room.

If it is only a matter of a few apps, then the best approach is to identify each of those apps and see if they are available, or can be replaced by other apps directly on the iPad. If not, then the remote PC option mentioned is more likely to work.

Any PC program that has no counterpart on the iPad is unlikely to have a virtual cloud counterpart. Those, for the most part, only support common business suites like MS Office
