How long I can record video by IPad -2, 64 GB ?

How long I can record video by IPad -2, 64 GB ?

I recorded right at an hour with front facing camera (touchscreen side) and it shut off near 50 minutes using the other camera. The file size is the reason. Not sure why but the file recorded from front side was nearly half the size of the other file even though it was a shorter video.
