Video option on camera has disappeared!

Help please! Since I updated to IOS 7 the video option on my camera no longer works. The words Video, Camera and Square are displayed, but only the camera works. Nothing happens when I try to press Video. The symbol for video is no longer there, but I can still play the videos I've already got. Anyone got any idea what's happened? Thanks in advance.

Swipe up or down on the area where you see those three words and the options will change (be highlighted). Think of that area as a wheel...
