Verizon Announces the New XLTE network, an Enhanced Version of its 4G Network

While in some parts of the world, 4G LTE is still a novelty, in the United States, Verizon has introduced an even faster data standard with the unveil of its new XLTE network. And for iPhone and iPad users, it’s quite a big deal, as it will offer double the previous speed available on the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c, as well as the LTE-compatible iPad Air and iPad mini with Retina display.
