Using previous wallpapers

Hello all,

Well I was going thru my pics that I have and wanted to change my wallpaper to a different pic and I notice that I can't resize it like I used to be able to, like make it smaller, and now it seems to very very laggy and choppy when I try to resize and such, like the picture will just hang there for about 4seconds or so.

I'm using the ipad 3, so I don't know if maybe that may have something to do with it, oh and also running 7.0.2 now.

As you have discovered there seems to be a problem with wallpaper sizing.
