Urgent help please!

Greetings!
I have ipad air mini, and i want to resize a photo i captured.
In particular i want to change the dimensions of the photo, and adjust them in 150 x 150, in order to use it on avatar.
Please any advice is welcome, cause where i am now i can not use a pc...

The only app I've had good success with is Adobe's "PS Touch" (link: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/adobe-photoshop-touch/id495716481?mt=8) - but it's $9.99 (USD). It does a great job re-sizing, however, along with a lot less.

Sorry, but I can't think of a better [read: cheaper] app for resizing. Hopefully, someone else will come along who May have another suggestion.

There's also Photogene, which helps resizing photos: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/photogene-4/id363448251?mt=8

It's not free. I don't know how much it costs, though, but I think it's cheaper than Photoshop.

If you want to use one of your photos as an avatar in this forum: you don't need to resize it, the software will do it for you. All you have to do is select the photo you want to use.
