Uploading pdf to online jobs

Trying to find out how to upload resumes when applying for jobs online. I know this is a major native function in iOS, but are there any workarounds? Not willing to switch to android for this feature

The iCab Mobile browser app can upload to most sites (but there are exceptions). In order to do so you must first use Open In from the originating app, or use some other method to copy the PDF into the iCab app. There are several ways to do this.
