upgrade iPad1

Hi,
i want to upgrade ipad1 to 5.0.1 now its in 4.3.2. should i have to just simply download the 5.0.1 and restore or any other is it bit complicated please help!!

Plug it into your computer and launch iTunes. Go to the iPad in iTunes and hit Update. It will update to the latest version available.

Do you have blobs for iOS 5.0.1? If not, you can only upgrade to iOS 5.1.1, the current version of iOS for the iPad 1.
