I have iPad 3 with iOS 5 and i have jailbreak but doesn't work right now and i need to update my iPad to iOS 6 if I update my iPad will be remove every thing or not plz help

Your cracked apps, if you have any , will not be synced with itunes, you must use something like i-funbox to back up those apps, than u can safely update your ipad And jailbreak again.
