Up loading a photo

I am trying to buy a mug on line with a photo of mine but every site I go on it won't let me click the upload photo part. Is ther something on the iPad 2 I should be altering to beable to do this sorry new to the iPad

I think you'll need to use a different browser to do this, i seem to recall that a fellow moderator uses icab for uploading.
