unable to utilise

I find my laptop does not sync with my ipad regarding photos. I cannot get groups, faces or places. Is there any way this can be done. This apart I really think highly of the ipad and have just started scratching at the surface.

To the best of my knowledge events, faces, and places will only work if you are syncing with the iPhoto program on a Mac. They are set up in that program.

If there is a Windows equivalent that will sync with the iPad I haven't heard of it.
