Unable to purchase from App Store?

    First time I'm unable to purchase from App Store. When I click get or install, it doesn't even ask my ID it's just go back to get or install again. I signed out from App Store and logged back in, reboot the device and nothing. Anyone has experience this? I'll call att later and see what's going on.

    Try to access a random site in Safari on your iPad. Maybe the connection is not working correctly. You'd have to fix this in that case.

    In Settings - iTunes and App Store, sign out, reset your device and sign in again.

    If that doesn't help, reset all settings (Settings - General - Reset). You'll have to set up Wi-Fi again afterwards, as well as select everything else as you prefer it in the Settings app.
