Unable to delete files from softwares like iFiles, ReaddlerDocs and Usb Disk Pro!!!

My device(ipad2) is running on 4.3.3. Its jailbroken. I use ifunbox to transferr files. The problem is that the files i transferr using ifunbox cannot be deleted from the programs mentioned above. File app pro is the only one that does not have this issue. I havent tested any other programs. Please, help me find a solution...
