Unable to copy video file

Dear all

I am stuck.

I connected my iPad to laptop and the device name is properly shown.

I added one video file which is compatible to ITunes. When I checked the movie, the file is sown. I dragged the file to device but it is not copied. There are 50files in the video folder. Is there any restriction of maximum number of files to be synced.



Please help me how to copy or sync the file from playlist.

When I click the file in playlist, I can view the video on dscreen of my laptop.
